Here is some important information:

• ☕ There will be full catering on site as well as water, tea and coffee, but this is not included in the ticket price, but there will be a donation box and an overview of the expenses of our kitchen crew on site. If you'd like to eat with us, just as an orientation: 10€ per day & stomach would be cool!
• 🛏️ This year we can also offer sleeping places. Please book a ticket below. Since we don't have enough sleeping places for everyone, for now these are mainly intended for people outside of Leipzig or with limited mobility. If there are no more tickets available, the sleeping place exchange board can help you find a place in Leipzig with other participants: https://pad.riseup.net/p/D5q3shO2XXc9xzbB0SHA
• ♿ We want an inclusive event in which all interested people can participate. We have therefore collected some information on barriers in the FAQ. People's accessibility needs are very individual - please indicate your personal accessibility needs when purchasing tickets or contact us in advance: info@wintercon-leipzig.de
• 🧒 Children under 14 years have free admission, but must be specified when registering ("children's ticket").
• 🗣️ The workshops will be held in german or english spoken language.
• 🗓️ As this is a community con, we need you as workshop leaders! If you would like to register for a workshop in advance: Send us an email with the following details to info@wintercon-leipzig.de: workshop name, workshop type (acrobatics, juggling, dance, other), short description, workshop language, desired time & participation requirements. Otherwise, you can also spontaneously stick your workshop on the wall on site.
